Interior room work usually isn’t restricted the way exterior changes near the historic district can be. We still work around original millwork and plaster where it makes sense to keep it, but layout and finish changes inside are typically fine.

We’re on acreage off Rt 65 and want the whole upstairs redone at once. Can one crew handle a whole floor?

Yes. One crew runs the job start to finish, which is actually more efficient on a whole-floor job than a single room, since we’re not packing up and coming back for each space.
