Is there a minimum?
We work by the hour with a minimum visit, and you hear the number before we schedule.
Can you finish somebody else’s job?
Yes — we do it often. We will tell you honestly what has to be redone versus what can be finished.
Do you do emergency repairs?
Call and ask. If it is water or a security issue, we will tell you straight whether we can get there.
