585 Remodeling LLC is a Monroe County remodeling and repair company serving Rochester, the surrounding towns, and Victor.
585 Remodeling was built for one reason: Monroe County homeowners kept telling the same story. A contractor showed up, gave a number on the back of a business card, started the work, and then disappeared for two weeks at a time. Somebody else’s subs showed up unannounced. The final bill didn’t look anything like the first conversation.
We run the opposite way. Every project starts with a walk-through where we measure and photograph the space. You get a written scope with one investment number. The people who priced the job are the people on site building it, and when something changes, you hear it from us before it costs you a dollar.
The work runs from a single repair to a full remodel: handyman and repair work, bathrooms, basements, whole-room remodeling, kitchens, trim and built-ins, property clean outs, and rental turns and flips for landlords and investors. Small jobs matter here — a lot of our bigger projects started as a door that wouldn’t latch.
