Can you match the old trim in a Hilton Village house instead of replacing all of it?
Usually yes. A lot of these village homes still have original casing and door profiles worth matching rather than tearing out. We’ll look at what’s there, run samples if needed, and blend new work into old so it doesn’t look patched in.
Do you build mudroom storage for lake cottages that only get used part of the year?
Yes. Seasonal places near Hamlin Beach take a beating from lake weather when nobody’s around to notice a problem. We build benches and storage with that in mind, and materials that hold up when the place sits closed for months.
Will you pull a permit for interior trim or a built-in closet in the Town of Parma?
